What if your driver never shows up?
That has never happened before, but if it does, PickUp and Deliver Courier company will cover the food cost and also credit the customer for the same amount.
How long have you been in this business?
Started in 2013. We are already 13 years in the Food Delivery Business.
What is the % Commission you charge the restaurants?
It can be anywhere from 15% to 20% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. However, we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Do you have enough drivers?
We have thousands of drivers everywhere in the United States.

What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email with the reason why the food was cancelled. If the reason is OUR DRIVER, we will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub only covers 70%.
Does the restaurant need to call PickUp and Deliver Courier when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. Just a few minutes after the order is received, our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
